DO YOU DIARY?

History, despite its wrenching pain, cannot be unlived, but if faced with courage, need not be lived again.

On December 9th, 2010 (yesterday), I read an article and a play based on a true-life story. It was about a young witty Jewish girl who was a victim of the holocaust. Her name is Anne Frank. She experienced the resultant of religious and racial discrimination. To read more about her, go to www.annefrank.org.
One thing I learnt from her is the need to keep track of changes that take place within our own lives and environment. In her diary, Anne vividly portrayed the harsh conditions that she and her family have to cope with. For instance, she loves to hang out with peers, go to the cinemas and others but the political decree of the day prevented her from doing so. A question I want to ask is how many of us have diaries? How many of us record our experiences, both good and bad?
Psychologically, dairying our experience in life is therapeutic. It gives us the affordable opportunity to offload our fears, monitor our maturity level and basically, it is fun.
Start dairying.

Yours sincerely,
KING DARIUS
